Refund policy

 Refund Policy:

Custom Made / Made To Order / Bespoke Items are non refundable.

If any item arrives damaged, we need to know about this within 2 days of you receiving the product.

Please email the details, including order information and photographs to thehuffingdog@gmail.com

We will then agree on the whether we need the item returned back to us, and then proceed with a refund/exchange.

You must contact us prior to sending any items back. 

If there are any issues with delivery, including items being lost, please email us straight away so we can investigate.
